When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries unless you choose an option to pre-pay in advance.
All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel, pause, or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order which will allow you to manage your subscription. You can also manage your subscription by logging into your customer account (click on the icon of the person in the menu).
Subscriptions that have already been shipped cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds may be issued for subscriptions that have not been shipped, including pre-paid options. To get a refund, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
